Vanessa
Embryologist
Vanessa has been with Compass since February 2016. She has a genetics background with a Bachelor of Genetics (Honours) and a Masters of Clinical Embryology. She enjoys using her skills to coordinate our PGT program and help those on their IVF journey.
Simone
Lab Manager/Embryologist
Simone joined the Compass team early in 2014 and brings two undergraduate degrees in medical science (pathology) and forensic biotechnology to the team. During her studies Simone did placement at Compass Fertility and discovered a passion for reproductive science.
Susan
Senior Nursing Administration Officer
Susan joined Compass Fertility mid 2014. She is responsible for administration and reception duties and ensures our patients feel warm, welcome, informed and supported as they go through their fertility journey.
Gill
Nurse Unit Manager
Gill is an RN with degrees in nursing and education. Gill is an experienced fertility nurse, having worked at several clinics and managing these teams. Gill looks forward to working with the Compass team.
Mel
Embryologist
Mel re-joins the Compass family and brings with her a Bachelor’s degree of Medical & Applied Biotechnology and 15 years’ experience working in the health and medical industry including at multiple IVF clinics around Australia. Mel is excited to help Compass patients achieve their fertility goals.
Anna
Fertility Nurse
Anna completed her nursing degree in 2013, and later finished a post graduate qualification in midwifery. Anna worked in a busy maternity unit and birth suite until having her own 2 children, which sparked a career change to fertility nursing in 2022.
Lori
Sonographer
Lori has close to forty years in the medical imaging industry, with the last ten years in ultrasound. She obtained a post graduate diploma in medical ultrasound from the University of South Australia. Lori's career interests are in women's health and foetal ultrasound.
Karen
Sonogragher
Karen is an accredited medical sonographer with more than 30 years ultrasound experience. Her particular interest is in women’s health, specialising in fertility and obstetric ultrasound and has worked with Nicci since the inception of Compass Fertility.
